Here's how it works...
Window Washing
We charge $2.00 a side per pane of glass
*double hung windows count as 2 panes each
If the window requires substantial scraping there will be a charge of $1.00 per window.
*We always consult our customers before we use our scrapers
Pressure Washing
Our base rate is $.75 per square foot for patios and decks
Pressure washing of houses is usually around $100 a side, which includes the cleaning of exterior windows. This is a rough estimate and we prefer to come to your residence in order to give you a more accurate number.
Gutter Cleaning
We charge $1.00 per linear foot because we clean the gutters by hand which ensures the best quality possible.
